Add the following language at the beginning of the Requirements:
"Implement, or have in place a contract to implement, the following commissioning process activities in addition to those required under EA Prerequisite Fundamental Commissioning and Verification.
Commissioning Authority Qualifications:
• The CxA must have documented commissioning process experience on at least two building projects with a similar scope of work. The experience must extend from early design phase through at least 10 months of occupancy;

Revise the Intent to read as: "...excessive energy use and greenhouse gas emissions that disproportionately..."

Revise the Intent to read as: "...excessive energy use and greenhouse gas emissions that disproportionately..."

Under Requirement delete "For projects using Normative Appendix G Performance Rating Method"

Revise the last paragraph under Requirements to read as:

"Qualifying spaces must be designated as nonsmoking. The spaces must also be located more than 100 feet (30 meters) from building exhaust air locations, loading docks, and roadways with idling vehicles."

Revise the second sentence under Requirements to read as: "At least 25% of the required outdoor open space..."

Revise the third sentence under Beta Update to read as: "Of the total outdoor open space required, a minimum..."

Revise the first sentence of the second paragraph to read as:
"Restore a portion of the site, including the building footprint, identified as previously disturbed (if such areas exist) and follow vegetation and soil requirements below.

In Table 1, revise "15% of total site area" and "25% of total site area" to "15% of previously disturbed area" and "25% of previously disturbed area", respectively

In the first sentence under Energy Related Systems, add "(EUI)" after "energy performance target"

Replace the Site Selection with the following:

"Assessment for Resilience

Conduct a risk assessment of any identified natural or environmental hazards affecting the project site(s) and building function out of the following:
• Sea Level Rise and Storm Surge
• Flooding
• Hurricane and High Winds
• Earthquake
• Wildfire
• Drought
• Landslides
• Extreme Heat
• Winter Storms

Edit the last sentence to read as:

"Single family projects with private pools and other outdoor water features must use WE Credit Total Water Reduction. Projects with common pools do not need to enter the common pools in water calculator and thus do not need to use Total Water Reduction."

For BD+C/ID+C Green Power and Carbon Offsets Credit:
In the first sentence under Requirements, delete "that have come online since January 1, 2005..." At the end of that paragraph, add the following sentence: "Resources must have come online within fifteen years of contract or purchase date."

Under Requirements, delete "The required number of responses that must be received is outlined in Figure 1."

Edit the third and fourth paragraphs to read as:
"Conduct the survey at least once per year, using the required survey methodology outlined in the LEED v4.1 O+M beta guide. Use the survey results to calculate a transportation performance score for the project.
