Under Requirements, revise inherently nonemitting sources sentence to read:

Inherently nonemitting sources. Products that are inherently nonemitting sources of VOCs (stone, ceramic, powder-coated metals, plated or anodized metal, glass, concrete, clay brick, and unfinished or untreated solid wood) are considered fully compliant without any VOC emissions testing if they do not include integral organic-based surface coatings, binders, or sealants.

Under Further Explanation, Inherently nonemitting materials, revise last two sentences as follows:

1) Retitle Option 1: "Pre-Design Analysis"
2) Remove the last sentence in the first paragraph under option 1 that reads "Conduct analyses in energy- and water-related systems (1 point)."

Under Option 2, delete "6.4.4.5"

For BDC Only:

Under CS Only, delete "installed during core and shell construction"

In the first paragraph, delete: "(everything within the waterproofing membrane)"

In Table 1, add a row for "3 product categories at 90% threshold" and "4 product categories with at least 3 products categories at 90% threshold" with "3 points" and "3 points + exemplary performance" respectively. Delete the last row of the table.

In the second paragraph under Paints and Coatings, add "specialized finishes (dyes, sealers, hardeners and toppings for concrete floors), and plaster."

In item 3. Lighting Control and Healthcare (BD+C only), replace "occupant" with "all regularly occupied"

Under Beta Update, revise the 5th paragraph to read as: "The previous option for lighting control has been simplified to a single requirement for dimmable or multilevel lighting in regularly occupied spaces. Projects no longer have to differentiate between individual and shared multi-occupant spaces. All lighting controls can be shared (individual lighting controls are not required)."
