Hi,

Does open grass area that was previously re-graded (decades ago) to slope to a man made stormwater retention pond count as greenfield, or is this previously disturbed?

Entryway systems

Our project is an office building already being occupied by tenants, and the entryway system measures only 9 ft. lacking 1ft from the requirement by LEED.

Patient Lifts as Medical Furnishings

The definition of Medical Furnishings includes "lifting and transfer aids" as examples. It seems to me that patient lifts are medical equipment not medical furnishings.
