Do we need to provide Ergonomist/ Health and Safety Specialist's bio or prove of credentials? 

It seems to me that it would be inappropriate to have dimmers in a natatorium for safety reasons. Has anyone worked on this credit for a natatorium project?

I am creating wall assembly layers for baseline case. I am using DC energy code not LEED. But thought of taking help from the wisdom of this forum.

Looking through credit guidance to be sure I understand the approach to calculating offsets and RECS. I see that some addenda address the Calculations section of the reference guide.
