If a sealant submittal has a VOC Standard of 9g/L ASTM D3960; will the product be compliant under CDPH Standard Method v1.1 sealant threshold and thus considered a low emitting product?

In the office building where the occupants stay for 8 hours a day, is it necessary to have a short-term parking lot for bicycles? Or does it already work with the long-term parking?

Hi everyone - in doing a carbon footprint for our firm, does anyone know if buildings that we design as Architects considered scope 3 emissions, or are they beyond the boundary of emissions?

The project is a warehouse with a ringroad being built around it. The problem is that a section of the road is outside of the boundary.

What is the status of the roof insulation market regarding non-halogen containing polyiso boards? I know GAF and Atlas still have them.

I got a comment on a project that said G3.1.1 exception c means that all qualifying lab spaces would be assigned to one system 5/7 for the whole building not one per floor. Is that correct?
