Columbia already offers access to free EV charging for our field employees. Of the few projects that have have opted in so far, we've had to custom design and intall EV charging setups.

We are trying to fill the energy star for data center. If we create a single meter for whole building electricity consumption then our score is not reflecting on energy star portal.

If we have a commissioning authority conducting the HVAC duct leakage, envelope leakage, local exhaust air flow and compartmentalization testing, do we still need a qualified HERS Rater/Energy Rate
