Kathy Collins leads the Sustainability Consulting team at ECO-ANALYSIS GROUP-- a building sustainability and energy operating efficiency analysis company. In addition to leading the company, Kathy stays involved in all phases of implementation-- property assessment, planning, LEED & WELL administration, team training, onsite testing, and post-certification performance analysis. Kathy has more than 24 year experience in the commercial real estate industry. She has worked closely with Hines, Brookfield, CBRE, and Transwestern on sustainability consulting projects for both new construction and retrofitting of existing buildings. Kathy has been responsible for more than 200 million square feet of office space submitted for LEED certification and has managed more than 120 LEED-EB (existing building), LEED-NC/CS (Core & Shell) Gold and Platinum certification projects. She also serves the local Houston USGBC Chapter as a “Green Leader”, and was Chair of the 2011 Gulf Coast Green Symposium and Expo on green building www.gulfcoastgreen.org. Kathy has presented at the annual BOMA Convention and was project manager of the first Platinum LEED-EB ReCertification in the Gulf Coast region as well as the first LEED-EB Gold project in the country of Mexico.
