Trista Brown Project Director WSP USA LEEDuser Basic Member 449 thumbs up April 11, 2019- 8:44 pm Hi Yoyo, yes you can replace the normal SSc2 Site Development credit with Pilot Credit 83. This webpage:  https://www.usgbc.org/node/5052535?return=/pilotcredits/New-Construction/v4  confirms PC83 is applicable for BDC v4 projects. And there's no distance requirement for the pilot credit, but as you point out, you have to donate to NFWF or FAS. Remember to also register for the Pilot Credit and complete all the requirements (e.g. the feedback survey and participate in the LEEDuser credit forum...
