Compliance to Type III PS EPD

I'd like to ask if the following EPD fulfills the requirement of Type III EPD PS with external verification?

Hello Melinda,  To meet v4.1  Product-specific Type III EPD Products with third-party certification (Type III) requirements, an EPD should meet the following requirements -  EPDs which conform to ISO 14025 and EN 15804 or ISO 21930 and have at least a cradle-to-gate scope, including external verification and external critical review, are valued as 1.5 products for the purposes of credit achievement calculation. The above description provided by you does not seem to meet all the requirements.
