Have anyone used another reference other than the ASHRAE standard 62 for a hospital project. The rooms in our hospital are not compliant with the standard rooms of table 6.1.

ID credit for 100% outside air

Advanced Energy Modeling for LEED states "Existing buildings with less than 50% renovation should not be rotated,...". How can one calculates renovation percentage of an existing building?
