We would like to use the multiple buildings approach for an international project that includes a site with a hotel and one residential single family home which belongs to the owner of the hotel. The hotel is > 60% of the total square footage of the total square footage (hotel + home) Would this be possible considering LEED for Homes is not availabe internationally? Would the whole project be able to use LEED NC as a campus with 2 buildings?

Sounds unlikely - what rating system would you follow for the house? You can't apply key LEED NC energy and ventilation prereqs to a single family residence, and you can't really to pursue LEED Homes if there isn't a Homes Provider/ Rater in your region. Also, in the AGMBC Group Project certification requirements, (pg 10) all buildings need to have similar space types, use the same rating system, and follow the same compliance paths for each credit. Sounds like you could certify the hotel but not the residence.

And what if we certified the hotel with LEED NC and do a separate certification of LEED CI for the home. Can CI be used for residential homes?
