Hello, Our project is a residential building and will have no mechanical ventilation in the apartments. For this case, LEED asks us to comply with ASHRAE 62.1-2007 paragraph 5.1.

For some reason our building to site ratio percentage is extremely high (197%). The building 4 floors with a basement and a rooftop mechanical room. The total sf is 155545sf.
