Exterior building lighting power- exceptions

Hi,
I am simulating a petrol station where the advertising has built-in lighting that works at night. We assumed that this is 9.4.5 exception B. The power density of the baseline should be simulated as the proposed? There isn't a lighting power density limit for exceptions?

The exemption simply means that it is exempt from the requirements of the standard and that is why there is no baseline. For LEED this would be a process lighting load and should be modeled identically in the Baseline based on the Proposed design/installation.

Marcus, thank you for your answer. So this works for all exemptions, including non-tradable surfaces, as registered historic facades?

I am not sure it works for all the exceptions in the standard but it would also apply to the one you mentioned.
