CxA selection

EBOM-2009 EAc2.3:Existing Building Commissioning—Ongoing Commissioning

In LEED NC there are explicit instructions as to whom is eligible to be the projects' CxA. I don't see reference to this in LEED EBOM.

Natural Ventilation

Good day, we have a project that is naturally ventilated. ASHRAE 90.1 2007 states that the energy cost budget method cannot be used for designs with no mechanical systems.

REC Certificate - Renewable Energy

Dear All:- Our project don't have any Renewable energy such as Solar, Windmill so we plan to Buy a REC certificate for our Entire energy use (100%) as per ID -10161 1.Is it possible to get EAc2,

We have a manufacturing facility that under going addition of 30% of total floor area and wish to apply for LEED certification. Can we use the LEED NC? or Should we use LEED EBOM?

Path 1 indicates flush-out needs to be accomplished with 14,000 cu ft. of OA per sq. ft. of floor area while maintaining an internal temperature of at least 60 deg F and no more than 60% RH.

Hi, We have a campus master site occupying a city block. There are 7 podium floors with a hotel, condo towers and retail sprouting from them that are parsed into 3 separate LEED projects.
