Hello! My project is in Spain. We have to put on site a decorative film on the glass. Is this in the scope of LEED EQc41? I can´t find any manufacturer that includes it in the description.

Technically, yes, the adhesive used on the film (not the film itself) would need to comply. I would suggest that the appropriate category would be Special Purpose Contact Adhesive - max VOC 250 g/l.
I would suggest requesting an MSDS sheet from the manufacturer for the adhesive they are using.

I have never been able to find the right kind of VOC data for self-adhesive products such as tapes, films, and decals.
The methods used in SCAQMD-1168 measure the grams of VOC per liter of liquid in wet-applied adhesives and sealants. Since decorative glass films are not liquids, manufacturers cannot report their VOC content in g/L.
Even though such products may be manufactured using an adhesive, by the time of purchase, the adhesive is no longer in liquid form, the adhesive’s initial VOC measurement is no longer valid, and its VOC’s can no longer be measured in g/L. I think that this is why SCAQMD-1168-2005 has no categories these products.
Even the category “Special Purpose Contact Adhesive” may not be a good match. A contact adhesive is “applied to two separate surfaces, allowed to dry, and brought together for adhesion and bonding with subsequent pressure.” This does not appear to describe how window films are applied.
I have always assumed that self-adhesive products (ones that do not require on-site application of a separate, liquid adhesive) lie outside the scope of IECc4.1.
