Rainwater Harvesting / Domestic Hot Water

1) Does rainwater harvesting count as a sub system to be metered?

2) Does metering the domestic hot water system mean tracking water usage or energy usage?

From reading the wording on the first option, for a critically reviewed LCA, it doesn't appear that a company needs to be explicitly recognized as a participant in the LCA - is this true?

I like using canister collection TO-15 for the simplicity, but it appears TO-17 thermal desorption is required for this credit?

In a campus setting can the bike share be located nearby, on-campus, but outside of the LEED boundary?
