We have a project going right now and one of our dumpsters we have listed as clean fill in which we put in concrete/brick/cmu which according to LEED V4 is an acceptable recyclable but the weight tickets say Earth/Dirt/Soil. When I questioned the company about having the tickets say something different he claims that this is always what they put and nobody every has an issue getting credit for the weights for LEED. Any assistance with this is most helpful as this is going to determine if we are able to get 1 or 2 points in this category.

I would go back to the company and have them write a letter on their letterhead identifying the project, the dates/numbers/weights of the weight tickets, and that the tickets identified as Earth/Dirt/Soil actually indicate concrete/brick/cmu for this project, which meet the requirements of clean fill per LEED v4 (reiterate the actual language that identifies these items as clean fill). Actually, I would write the letter FOR them, give them the info and have them copy on to their letterhead, sign and date it, and then you can use it as part of your backup.
You can always tell them that documentation requirements have consistently become tougher as new versions of LEED have come out, what has worked in the past may not work anymore, and you are doing your job to ensure that the documentation is compliant for LEED v4.
