I am working on a New Construction project - a community center, certifying under LEED v4. 

Has anyone ever used the Tenant agreement credit/Core And Shell as a BD&C ID credit -Do you have a good template for sample agreements that have worked in the past.

We have an office project that looks at achieving both Leed and Well guidance for acoustics. Does anyone have similar experience? And if so which was the overriding criteria?
