Asbestos removal as an ID credit?

We can achieve the Brownfield credit for NC or CS projects if an existing building is torn down or significantly renovated and it contains asbestos.

What needs to be in the building during the air samples? I am confused about "moveable" furniture with "workstations and partitions" as examples when these are not really "moveable".
