CI-v4 MPR2:Must use reasonable LEED boundaries

CI project in two adjacent buildings

Hello,

I am working on a project that is undergoing LEED CI certification under v4. The project is part of campus development and occupies an entire building and one floor in the adjacent building. All the TI work has the same timeline. Additionally, the two buildings are not connected.

My question is, will the project be registered as two separate projects or one single project?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Madhura

Per the LEED Campus Guidance: https://www.usgbc.org/resources/leed-campus-guidance "This campus guidance may be used for all rating systems in the ... LEED v4..Interior Design and Construction.." so i believe there is a path to ONE LEED certification if all conditions outlined by the campus guidance are met.
