Hello - I am working on an interiors project within a new tower, 1 Bligh St, in Australia. The tower features a double skin facade envelope system.

I have a fixture usage group with 4 FTEs and there's a shower in it. Shower daily uses is 0.1, so the template calculates my total daly uses as 0.1 x 4 = 0.4 and it rounds down to 0.

Is there an ID or EP point available in CS that would require a tenants to commit to LEED Gold?

In our project, we have installed a number of Edison base, screw-in CFL bulb, permanent fixtures.

Any ideas why the Lease Agreement cannot be used for this prerequisite? Like others here, our building is an empty warehouse with no TI work.

I have a project in a city, where there are no possibilities for sorting, as the municipality only gathers waste in one big chunk.

My question concerns what is and is not a building for LEED purposes. We are currently involved in a LEED NC project on the vast working campus of a regional utility.

My project has five conference rooms that will not be used frequently. How should I go about calculating the amount of visitors for them, and how should peak visitors be estimated in this case?
