EBOM-2009 EAc1: Optimize Energy Performance
I have a question in regards to the Energy Star Portfolio Manager. We are currently purchasing 30% offsite renewable energy from a wind farm. When reporting our mothly KBTU consumption, do we include our total energy consumption, or do we only report the energy that is not renewable? Please advise.

As I recall, you must report all energy that "crosses the curb", so you would definitely be expected to report purchased energy, even if it's from a renewable source. Onsite renewable energy (for example, from a PV panel on your building) is handled differently.
