I would classify grouts as coming under EQ 4.1-adhesives and sealants because essentially grouts are used to bond two surfaces and seal them from water penetration. Surface applied grout SEALER, on the other hand, would fall under EQ 4.2--coatings. Do people agree with that assessment?
