ASRS for Warehouse

Part of our warehouse project consists of a space (100m*100m*40m) using a ASRS (automated storage and retrieval system). It allows to store goods without people occupying the space.

The school we are designing is in a community with a large Amish population. Can we count our (2) buggy parking spots as Low-Emitting vehicle parking?

Smoking zone area limit

I have an office building of six floors, I need to know If there's a limitation to the percent of smoking zones, in other words, can I make two floors out of the six floors as smoking zones?
