Elevated Air Speed

Anybody else having a problem with elevated air speed (over 40 fpm)? I have a commerical office building with ceiling diffusers with 60 fpm and the credit has been audited for elevated air speed.

Smoking areas

We prohibit smoking in our office buildings, but have a central plaza which will provide designated smoking area. Question: does that designated smoking area need to be covered? Thanks!!

Our CS project has 66 FTEs. When I completed the SSc4.2 template on-line it automatically populated the "number of showers required" as "0". Can that be correct?
