Can anyone tell me exactly how Master Projects credits are applied to the block projects? I have A master project setup with three blocks. We are submitting The Master and the first block simultaneously. I want to know why a master project is created if the credits do not populate to the block projects. According to the AGMBC, you can apply the credits from the Master Project to the Block projects but it does not indicate how this is accomplished. LEED Online offers no assistance other than to say read the AGMBC. Has anyone actually done this yet?

We found some answers to this in the LEED Online Help, which is found from the credit information page for a credit, to the right. Basically, you will fill out the master credit and then choose "alternative compliance" in the individual project's credits, and refer them to the master credit.

Thank you Brittany. I tried dozens of searches whithin help. Using your information I was able to locate the corrrect tab in the help index- "2010 LEED Application Guide for Multiple Building and On-Campus Building Projects (2010 AGMBC) " Which unless you stretch the window accross a very wide screen, reads "2010 LEED Application..." For those of you having difficulty finding this, go to Help, Navigating Projects in LOv3, During: Tools& Resources, and it is a form tab below the Schools Resources folder. There you will find the specifics of how to administer a Master and Block project.
Hopefully as the LOv3 functionality continues to improve, they will update the help indexes as well.
