We are renovating urban buildings into apartments and speculative retail/commercial space. Some of the retail/commercial space will be constructed prior to application and some won't.
Can a credit in one rating system be considered ID in another?

Can a credit that occurs in one rating system be considered an ID credit in another rating system if there is no equivalent credit? The example: I am using LEED – NC.

When LEED EB certifying a hospital with multiple buildings that are all interconnected with tunnels, energy, water, one address, and waste, operating as one building.

Great post Tristan - very informative. How soon will the new LEEDv4 be a part of LEEDUser? I'd love to see the raw LEED documentation documents before telling an owner we should go for it.
