I have a Tenant Improvement that has VAV terminal units connected to an existing VAV AHU. The contractor and owner decided to save money and utilize stand alone control.

Does Rubber Base need to meet FloorScore certification, or is it exempt from this credit as it is not a "flooring" system itself?

Unconditioned Spaces

While modeling the building in the space-by-space method, there are a couple of closets that are not conditioned, therefore have been model as unconditioned in TRACE 700.
