I work in a multi-faceted position focusing on early due diligence of potential construction and development projects. Duties include consultant management, entitlement procurement, conceptual engineering, site planning, graphical support, and value engineering. I also assist owners, developers, and project managers with the LEED Certification process, from project conceptualization to final submittals to the GBCI.
