Excluded Spaces - 10%

EBOM-2009 IEQp1:Minimum IAQ Performance

EBOM allows up to 10% of spaces to be excluded from certain credit calculations. Can we exclude any spaces from the calculations for IEQp1?

What unit is ETo expressed in? And what time period does the Total Potable Water Allied (gal) refer to? The CI reference guide states that ETo is expressed in millimeters or inches.

Skanska Withdraws from U.S. Chamber Over Anti-LEED Amendment

We've just received word from international construction firm Skanska that the company has dropped its membership in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce because of the trade group's anti-LEED stance.

Ks Species Factor

We need some help selecting the ks in our project. We are considering the following factors: Ks=0 for native species (no irrigation) Ks= Low. For adaptative species. Low watering. Ks= Average.

If existing site (or off-site) concrete is crushed and used for sub-grade base, is that re-used or recycled?
