We have a project that has no new parking, and as such is claiming SSc4.4. We are putting in a car charging point to claim SSc4.3. Can this be done?
The online form wont recognise this solution as 3% of 0 is non existent (0!).
We have no neighbouring buildings (the building is the first on a large site) and so we cannot claim nearby facilities.

I am assuming there is existing parking and that you are adding a charging station to one of those spots? Then try putting in a 1 instead of a zero and explain in your narrative.

The 0 in the form comes from SSc4.4, and I cant alter this value. However, this value of zero is correct - the site is not provided with parking at all.
The car charging point is located where it can be used by parking a car in the adjacent laneway or perhaps in an on-street bay. These are not car parks but are used temporarily for the purpose of utilising the car charging point only.
I have put this in the narrative on the form. I think its a reasonably long-shot, but I'll see what comes back from the review. We either get this point or we don't!

Hello Clare,
We are considering a similar strategy on a few of our projects. Were you able to achieve the credit?
