NC-2009 EAc1:Optimize Energy Performance

EAc1 data and CO2 emission

Does anyone try to use the energy output from the simulation software and claim EAc6 emission reduction report of LEED EB:OM and get innovation credit (innovation path) since the output of CO2 emission can be obtianed from the software?

I have not seen that attempted. I think that you probably can't use the simulation results to claim emissions reductions but I could be wrong. Have you looked into whether the emissions reductions reporting/certification entities would accept uncalibrated simulation results in their programs? If so then you might have a case to earn this as an ID credit.

Thanks I plan to fillout the data in Energy Star portfolio. I used to sucess for LEED-EBOM using actual billing data but this time it is simulated data.

It Portfolio Manager is an acceptable emissions reporting entity for EBOM projects and they accept simulation results that might work.
