Hello. I'm working on a C&S project and have a question regarding the documentation of the IEQp1 credit. During the design a single tenant was found to occupy the entire site (700k sf).

Must Vbz be met for all zones in a multizone system? Section 6.2 states that the VRP procedure is for determining Vot and not Vbz.
