Partially certifying building

EBOM-2009 SSc7.2:Heat Island Reduction—Roof

Upper floors of building are utilized as hotel and lower floors are utilized as office. Owners are diffrent. Only the office is going to certified under LEED EB except hotel.

Are wine coolers/chillers/refrigerators eligible for Energy Star

I found several that say they are Energy Star certified, but they do not show up on Energy Star's database. Does anyone know if compact wine coolers are eligible for a rating?

Does ceramic wall base have to be certified under Floorscore or does it automatically qualify similar to mineral based flooring tile ??
