Is Cradle-to-Cradle Certification acceptable?

I have a styrofoam insulation that has zero VOC out put. The supplier claims it undergoes VOC small scale chamber testing by MBDC and the product is cradle-to-cradle certified.

Our LEED Project Boundary includes a future expansion area. Should we include the expansion area as "building footprint"? Calculations in credit SSc5.1 will depend on this decision.

I have a hotel project in china. Our client will build a roof garden. Some areas of roof garden is vegetated roof, and other area will be construct as lane, tennis court or other things.
