NC-2009 PIf3:Occupant and Usage Data

Expansion area

Our LEED Project Boundary includes a future expansion area. Should we include the expansion area as "building footprint"? Calculations in credit SSc5.1 will depend on this decision.

Gustavo, I would not call it building footprint if it is not building footprint for the LEED project that you are currently working on getting certified.I would also note that does not necessarily need to be in your LEED Project Boundary, but I assume you have other reasons for doing that.
