On 9/26/14 I lost the ability to view credit tempolate forms in LOL v3. Three weeks and 163 phone minutes later, the final verdict from GBCI is to buy a new computer. Wait, what?
After trying to revert back to older versions of Internet Explorer and Adobe Reader, the problem still persists. The IT team claims that Windows Vista is to blame: It's too buggy and therefore not being supported by newer browsers or Adobe products.
Funny, everything worked fine for me until the last round of GBCI's system maintenance. Are there other Vista users out there that have come across this problem? Have you figured out a different work-around?
