One Address but buildings are not physically Attached

The owner of an office property wants to go for LEED EBOM. There are 3 buildings, two are attached with an architectural overhang and the third is roughly 40 feet away.

In a CS project that is a renovation with existing mechanical equipment - does the existing mechanical equipment need to have the MERV 13 filtration?

Hello - I am working on a warehouse project that only has windows between 8-10 feet above finished floor. Occupants will mostly be standing as they work.
