calculating the diverted & total waste

hello,

i have a question in how to calculate the diverted and total waste in option 1 path 2 ( 75% ) if we have different units?? and i read that units can be only for weight or volume, then how come in the main reference guide for building design and construction of the LEED V4 mention "yard" in one example at page 591????

Sara - For the imperial system, the units for weight are tons and for volume are cubic yards. Table 1 on page 591 should have a clearer measurement and say "cubic yards" instead of "yards." I'll pass this along to USGBC for a future correction. Thanks!
