Regarding LEEd V4, using the group approach, what real means "group must be under the same construction contract"?
That means that the contractor must be the same?
I'm involved in a project of three towers that will be constructed at the same time, but i have not sure if the contractor will be the same. can you please clarify what means same construction contract?
