The owner of an office property wants to go for LEED EBOM. There are 3 buildings, two are attached with an architectural overhang and the third is roughly 40 feet away. These property is under one address, one owner and all responsibilities are shared (such as maintenenace, grounds, etc.). My question is if they can apply for a single LEED EBOM that would lump the three buildings together. Or would they need to do 3 completely seperate applications? If so, they would not be able to incur that type of cost.
