I would appreciate someone to suggest me on this topic.
Since Duration-based savings from autocontrol faucets with automatic fixture sensors or metering controls are no longer allowed in the design case (LEED V4), what type of faucets would use in an office building facility?

A few manufacturers offer 0.35 gpm. We've used them before. Combine with 0.125 gpf urinals (or waterless) and the newer 1.0 gpf toilets (as opposed to 1.28 gpf) and that is about the best you can do w/o rainwater or greywater.

I don't like to recommend specific brands, but if you give your rep a call for any of the major brands you'll quickly find what's available. I typically look to the brands that our clients would use anyways and then see if they offer something more efficient. Some of the technology is pretty new (1.0 gpf toilets and 0.35 gpm sinks for example) and only a few companies have them available. There are more tank-type, low flow toilets avaialble than flushometer but the latter do exist (some just released in time for Greenbuild). For most clients with multiple buildings I recommend they install each of the fixtures they're considering in an existing building to give it a try before committing to putting it in their new building. You can often get by without specifying your plumbing fixtures until late in construction. All major manufacturers in the U.S. list their water efficient products with WaterSense and you can always do a search on their site: https://www.epa.gov/watersense/product-search
