NC-2009 IEQc3.1:Construction IAQ Management Plan—During Construction

Year of SMACNA sited in IAQ plan older than the one listsed in LLT

Hello

I recently recieved the IAQ plan from the contractor for review and noted that they list SMACNA IAQ guideline 1995 instead of the 2007 version. Is this going to be a problem durring submittal review? Do I need the contractor to rewrite the IAQ?

Hi Chad, The contractor should review the requirements of the updated SMACNA guidelines and ensure that his plan still meets these requirements. Then, referencing the up to date guidelines will not be an issue. Sorry for the delay in response - good luck on your project. Calie
