For water quality testing, I have found this one that tests for almost everything the standard asks for, with only a couple thresholds being a little different than for the WELL v2 Standard listed

Hi! Under no 38 - Fruits and Vegetables we have "At least 50% of available options are fruits and/or non-fried vegetables." Does fry here includes stir-fry?
