Hi Ranjani,
You do get the results right away! I found it very challenging - there are a lot of numbers to remember - but I still passed on the first try. Lots of questions like "a project is doing X, Y, and Z, which feature does this meet" or "a 10000-sf project is pursuing this feature, how many of X do they need." So I thought it was really helpful to read through a WELL checklist and quiz myself on what my office would need to do to meet the features.
