Hi, the WELL v2 Flooring Credit references CDPH Standard Method v1.2 2017- what labels is this equivalent to and from what dates? Working in numerous rating systems between LEED & WELL and feel like I am working with at least 4 different emissions standards. The LEED v4 EQ Credit Low-Emitting Materials Third Party Certifications and Labels table addresses the previous version of the CDPH Standard.
If yes, the requirements there are to meet CDPH Standard Method v.1.1-2010 or any more recent version. I made my own cheat sheet for LEED v4 low-emitting credit, which is also the same version, and have the following as compliant:
- FloorScore (hard surface flooring and flooring adhesives);
- Green Label Plus (carpet, adhesive, and cushion);
- NSF/ ANSI 332;
- SCS Indoor Advantage Gold (Building Materials);
- UL Greenguard Gold;
- Berkeley Analytical ClearChem;
- Indoor Air Comfort GOLD;
- Blue Angel (for flooring, and only if additional low formaldehyde requirement is also met)
The list is provided by USGBC, and occasionally updates; it can be found here: https://www.usgbc.org/resources/low-emitting-materials-third-party-certification-table
