It's unclear where GRI-checked reports fall under the credit requirements - would they be considered self-declared for 1/2 value or third-party verified for full value?

In idiot terms could someone please tell me what makes up an "assembly". I am a glazing contractor working on a LEED project. I have two items needing LEED submittals for the MR4 credit.

Hi All, Does anyone have any experience with LI#10397? This LI# stipulates an alternative compliance path for facilities that have 60% or more non-regulated loads. QUESTION 1: I cannot find any

Hi All, We have a campus with a substation on-site (on owner's property) that will be owned by the local utility.

75% steel/concrete threshold

I am not clear on how this threshold is applied. Is this a cap, meaning, if steel/ concrete is over the 75% then any amount over won't count towards MRc3?

A Contradiction? (my project is under LEED NC 2009) The LEED 2009 ref. guide is unclear with the inclusions for Div. 31, and 32.
