Jon is a LEED® Accredited Professional with over 30 years experience in construction industry as a Construction Specifier and Contract Administrator. He has coordinated large, interdisciplinary design and construction teams to attain LEED® Certification. His special insight into integrative design, sustainable materials, and construction practice is scalable to the planning, implementation, and documentation for LEED® projects of any size.

As a LEED Accredited Professional since 2005, Jon served as LEED Project Administrator for the 1.1-million sqft Indianapolis International Airport Campus. The new Terminal & Ground Transportation Center comprised the largest LEED Certified transportation project in the country.

Through his leadership role in this and other LEED projects, Jon has garnered insight and expertise in the LEED Application process for multi-building campus projects, developing sustainable construction strategies, assessing construction materials, evaluating low-emitting products, coordinating LEED documentation among Design disciplines, and specifying sustainable materials and documentation procedures for LEED.

Jon also works for the State of Indiana as an AHJ governing the construction of health care facilities.
