EPA New Version

NC-v4 SSp1:Construction activity pollution prevention

The EPA has issued the 2017 Construction General Permit (see web page https://www.epa.gov/npdes/stormwater-discharges-construction-activities-2017-cgp) that became effective on February 16, 2017.

For an office project we are working on, the tenant is only responsible for their electric consumption and will not have any other fuel source dedicated for them.

I have a project that some of the parking spaces that are the shortest distance to the elevator bank are spaces for compact cars.

Option 2 "reduction below industry average"

For option 2 it states the products must demonstrate impact reduction below industry average in at least 3 categories. Where do I find those "industry averages" to know if my products qualify?

When submitting energy models to NYC we have to fill out a form called an EN-1 that is very similar to Table 1.4 and provides the same information. Can we provide the EN-1 in place of Table 1.4?
