Open parking under the building

Dear all, We have a case where an open parking garage is located on the ground floor (under the building). Apparently, no exchaust system can be applied in this case.

Hi, I have completed an offline (active) IEQp1 form which shows that pre-requisites are being met. When I complete the same form online, the result is that the pre-requisites are not being met.

I understand that for densely occupied spaces an alarm (visible or audible) is required.

Renewable Energy in CS project

Is the tenant obliged to install additional renewable energy (or sign ownership/contract for off-site renewable energy) if the CS project fullfills criteria and recieves maximum (3) points?

Peak building users (FTE + Peak Transients)

I am working on a LEED v.2009 CS project, using deafault occupancy Core and Shell Appendix 1. I assume that FTE and transients here are average transients?
